Questions founders actually ask
Will it make things up?
No. It answers only from your store's actual FAQ, policies and product list. If the answer is not in your store's information, it says it does not know and points the customer to your contact email. It never invents policies, prices or discounts.
What if it can't answer something?
It tells the customer honestly that it does not have that information and hands them to your email. Edge cases land in your inbox, not in a wrong answer.
How long does setup take?
Usually one day. I train the assistant on your store, you test it on a private demo page, and once you approve it you paste one line into your theme. Most stores go live the same day they say yes.
Does it work on my theme?
Yes. It is one script tag that adds a floating chat bubble. It does not modify your theme, your layout or your checkout, and removing it is as simple as deleting that one line.
Can I change its tone?
